For 10 days the price is $3700 per person (double occupancy). Single in double room is $5900. We will do our best to hold this price. With the volatility of the US dollar versus the Euro, a significant change in the value of the Euro versus the dollar could change the price up or down. The price quoted at the time of your deposit will be your final price.

Reservations are accepted with a deposit of $1800 per person, and are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Final payment is due by April 1, 2009.

What the cost includes is a deluxe room in a charming country inn with pool and air conditioning (all to ourselves), daily housekeeping, continental breakfast, soft drinks, house wine, coffee, mineral water, cooking class/dinner, a wine tasting, an olive oil tasting, seven lunches, ten dinners, and transportation to hill towns on designated itinerary. Wi-fi is available at the Inn. Transportation to/from Fumincino Airport (Rome) is available for free if you can meet two departure times each way.

Not included in the rates are: air transportation, phone calls, laundry services, non-house wine, cocktails, hard liquor, transfers to Rome outside of our departure times, transfers to other airports, and transportation outside of the designated itinerary.

Cancellations Fees
For cancellations received:

Before April 1, 2009 - $250 per person cancellation fee
April 1 to May 1 – fee of $1000 per person
May 2 to May 30 – fee of $2000 per person
After May 30 – No refund available

Cancellation fees apply regardless of why the trip is cancelled. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This protects you against financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances. You can shop for travel insurance online at www.insuremytrip.com.
